Senior PCB Design Engineer

Location: Los Angeles / Long Beach (Hybrid)

A fast-growing space hardware company is building a new Advanced Engineering team focused on transforming how electronics are designed and manufactured.

We’re looking for a hands-on PCB Design Engineer who has taken boards end-to-end from concept through manufacturing, and is excited by improving and automating that process.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end PCB design: schematic, layout, bring-up, and production
• Design high-speed, multilayer boards for complex aerospace systems
• Work closely with manufacturing on DFM, testability, and production readiness
• Help build design automation workflows to improve speed and quality
• Collaborate across hardware, systems, and manufacturing teams

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering PCB designs through to manufacturing
• Strong hands-on experience with Cadence Allegro, Xpedition, or similar
• Experience with controlled impedance, high-speed, multilayer designs
• Background in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability hardware
• Solid understanding of DFM, validation, and production processes

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with design automation or improving design workflows
• Exposure to RF, mixed-signal, or power electronics systems
• Experience working with contract manufacturers
