Job Title: Buyer / Parts Coordinator
Job Description
The Buyer / Parts Coordinator processes internal and external parts orders, generates purchase orders, and ensures timely and accurate parts fulfillment for the field service team and customers. This role manages inventory records, expedites critical parts, coordinates vendor returns and credits, and supports warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and occasional parts delivery or pickup. The position operates at the intersection of purchasing, customer service, and logistics, and is well-suited for a highly organized, customer-focused professional experienced in the natural gas segment of the oil and gas industry.

Work Environment
This role operates across office, warehouse, shop, and field environments, providing a dynamic and hands-on work setting. You may occasionally visit industrial and manufacturing locations and travel when required to support field operations or vendor interactions. The position involves physical activity, including frequently lifting up to 50 pounds while handling parts and materials. You will use large ERP systems, Microsoft Office tools, and standard warehouse and shipping equipment in your daily work. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
