Senior Paralegal/Office Manager

A nationally established law firm is opening a new office in Bedford, Texas and is seeking a Senior Lead Paralegal / Office Manager to serve as the foundational hire for this location.


This is a unique opportunity for an experienced paralegal who enjoys responsibility, leadership, and variety, while working within a firm that already has strong systems, infrastructure, and leadership in place.


What You’ll Do:


• Support attorneys in corporate, transactional, and tax‑related matters

• Assist with entity formations, governance, and maintenance

• Draft, revise, and manage legal and client documentation

• Coordinate filings, deadlines, and client communications


Office Leadership Responsibilities:


• Assist with launching and organizing a new Texas office

• Coordinate vendors, equipment, and day‑to‑day office logistics

• Serve as onsite point of contact for attorneys and leadership

• Help establish workflows as the office grows


What We’re Looking For:


• 5+ years of law firm paralegal experience

• Corporate, tax, or transactional background preferred

• Organized, proactive, adaptable, and trusted at a senior level

• Comfortable working onsite in Bedford, TX

• Team‑first mindset with strong communication skills
