We are seeking a high-performing Senior Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and wants to play a central, trusted role in case strategy, client service, and firm operations.
This is not a back-office role. You will work directly with the firm principal and serve as a key driver of case execution and client experience.

What You’ll DoYou will function as the operational backbone of the firm, owning critical workflows from intake through resolution:
- Manage and organize complex case files across multiple agencies
- Draft and prepare substantive legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Coordinate hearings, deadlines, and calendaring (OAH, agency matters, etc.)
- Prepare trial/hearing exhibits and supporting documentation
- Interface directly with clients, agencies, and third parties
- Support billing, time entry, and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain internal systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with workflow optimization and practice management initiatives
Who You AreYou are not just organized—you are reliable under pressure, detail-obsessed, and proactive.
- 5+ years experience as a Paralegal or Senior Legal Assistant
- Strong experience drafting legal documents and managing deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Tech-capable (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat; Apple environment a plus)
- Experience in administrative law, healthcare, or litigation strongly preferred
