Job Description

This role is responsible for owning and defending the master schedule for a large‑scale, hyper‑scale data center build supporting full infrastructure scope including network cabling, racks, rack/stack, network gear, and fiber splicing. The scheduler will build, stress‑test, and continuously update the schedule based on real‑time field progress, ensuring leadership and customers have a realistic view of when milestones will actually be met. They will closely monitor the critical path, proactively identify schedule risks, and communicate impacts clearly when slippage occurs. A major focus of the role is performing detailed Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) to demonstrate how delays affect downstream activities and key dates. This person will sit directly with project teams to analyze progress, validate logic, and understand constraints driving schedule risk. While they will not have authority to change dates, they are expected to raise red flags early and defend their data‑driven recommendations in customer‑facing meetings. The environment is fast‑paced, highly visible, and requires calm, confident communication under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build, maintain, and own the program‑level master schedule for a large‑scale data center project
  • Actively monitor the critical path and identify schedule slippage or emerging risks early
  • Continuously stress‑test and update schedules based on real‑time field progress
  • Develop detailed Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) to quantify delay impacts and affected milestones
  • Run “what‑if” scenarios to evaluate mitigation options and recovery paths
  • Partner closely with construction, engineering, and field teams to validate schedule logic
  • Clearly communicate schedule status, risks, and impacts to internal leadership and customer teams
  • Raise red flags proactively when scope, sequencing, or productivity threatens committed dates
