Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Manufacturing Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. This is not a support or order-taking role. We are looking for a seasoned leader who can engage directly with business stakeholders, quickly build trust, translate complex and ambiguous challenges into practical Oracle solutions, and confidently drive decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of Oracle Applications experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing implementations. This individual is equally comfortable leading executive-level design discussions and performing hands-on configuration and validation. They proactively identify risks, issues, and gaps—always paired with actionable solutions—and effectively hold vendors and offshore teams accountable without requiring constant oversight.

This role will serve as a key IT partner supporting core supply chain and manufacturing functions, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to establish IT as a strategic enabler.

  • Drive decision-making by presenting recommendations, facilitating alignment, and maintaining momentum

  • Serve as Functional Lead across SCM and Manufacturing modules, ensuring end-to-end solution integrity
  • Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and design validation sessions
  • Conduct gap analysis and guide solution design decisions with a focus on scalability and practicality
