Senior Oracle EPM ARCS & FCCS Implementation Consultant (W2 only role)

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to lead ARCS and FCCS implementations and act as a trusted advisor to Finance and IT leadership. This role is responsible for solution architecture, design decisions, and delivering high-quality outcomes across financial close and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM (ARCS & FCCS) implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Own solution architecture, design, and best practices for close and reconciliation processes.
• Translate accounting requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
• Design and optimize ARCS reconciliation strategies, workflows, controls, and automation.
• Lead FCCS implementations including consolidation, intercompany, eliminations, and financial reporting.
• Architect and oversee data integrations using EPM Data Integration/FDMEE and upstream ERP systems.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation integrity, and automation across systems.
• Partner with Finance leadership, Controllers, and stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Lead design workshops, UAT, cutover planning, and production readiness.
• Manage delivery scope, risks, and timelines.
• Mentor team members and establish implementation standards and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactively address close and audit risks.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EPM experience with multiple ARCS and FCCS implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ARCS and FCCS.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes (close, consolidation, intercompany, reconciliations).
• Experience leading design workshops, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Strong communication skills with both finance and technical teams.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (ARCS and/or FCCS).
• Experience with large, global, multi-entity implementations.
• Prior experience as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Experience with Task Manager and close orchestration.
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms.
