Senior Operations Manager – Field Execution

We’re hiring a Senior Operations Manager – Field Execution to help drive operational excellence across a growing national portfolio of 140+ manufactured housing communities.

This is a high-impact, travel-heavy role for someone who thrives in the field, understands operations at a deep level, and isn’t afraid to step into challenging situations to drive results.



🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

You will serve as our boots-on-the-ground operations leader, working directly within communities to:

  • Conduct onsite operational audits (sales, collections, maintenance, compliance, and overall execution)
  • Identify breakdowns in standards, processes, and team performance
  • Partner with Regional and onsite teams to coach, correct, and elevate execution
  • Step into underperforming or unstable communities to help stabilize operations
  • Ensure consistency in how our standards are executed across all locations



🔹 What We’re Looking For

This role is not for someone who wants to sit behind a desk.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can walk into a property and quickly assess what’s working—and what’s not
  • Is confident holding teams accountable while still building trust
  • Has strong operational experience (multi-site, property management, or similar)
  • Is comfortable with frequent travel and being in the field regularly
  • Brings a problem-solving mindset and a bias toward action

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of property management, real estate development, and asset optimization
  • Skills in budget management, financial analysis, and resource allocation
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with project management and process improvement strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field
