This is a rare opportunity within a well-established and market leading metals manufacturing group, where you will work directly with executive leadership while gaining exposure across 10+ divisions. You will become one of the go-to technical metallurgy expert across the business, supporting both operations and new product development.

In this role, you will act as the corporate metallurgical authority, supporting multiple sites while gradually progressing into broader leadership responsibilities, including strategic oversight and operational influence across the organization.


This role would suit a Senior Metallurgist or Materials Engineer who wants to be recognized as a technical expert while building a long-term career within a large, growing business.


The Role:

  • Act as the corporate technical authority for metallurgy, alloys, and materials processing
  • Support 10+ divisions with technical problem-solving and process improvements
  • Lead alloy development, materials testing, and product innovation initiatives
  • Review customer specifications and support development of new materials and grades


The Person:

  • Background in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Metals Manufacturing
  • Experience working with specialty alloys
  • Strong technical expertise with a desire to progress into leadership
