ROLE SUMMARY
The primary responsibility for this role is strategic leadership on the US Medical Rare Hematology/Hemophilia team to deliver the Medical operating plan in coordination with Global Medical Affairs deliverables across the therapeutic area. The Senior Medical Director brings his/her leadership skills, technical expertise and an in-depth understanding of medicine development and lifecycle to bear on all US Medical/Hemophilia-related activities. Coordinating with Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional colleagues, he/she provides Medical leadership to support successful product development, medical launch and product commercialization, while putting the patient first within the spectrum of the Pfizer Core Values and Behaviors.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $185,800.00 to $309,600.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
