Position: Senior Media Buyer (Meta & TikTok)

Location: Remote | Full-Time

Compensation: $85k–$110k Base + Performance Bonuses

🎯 The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer to plug into our paid media team and help scale Cove to the next level.

This is not an “optimize what’s there” role.

This is a drive incremental, profitable growth at scale role.

You’ll manage and scale a portion of $3M+/month in paid media across:

  • Meta (core focus)
  • TikTok
  • With expansion into additional channels over time

You should already have experience operating inside a brand doing $40M+ annually and managing serious budgets.


🔥 What You’ll Own

• Support our Head Media Buyer in managing $3M+ per month across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin

• Build and execute structured testing frameworks weekly

• Drive incremental growth — not just retargeting efficiency

• Identify winning creative patterns and collaborate with our content team to scale them

• Report performance daily & weekly to the Growth Director

• Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts and ad tech changes

You are accountable for profitable scale. Period.


✅ You Are

• A true operator who has managed $1M+/month in spend

• Experienced at a $40M+ brand (or equivalent scale)

• Deeply fluent in Meta Ads Manager

• Strong on TikTok Ads

• Obsessed with understanding backend economics (gross margin, contribution margin, blended CAC, MER, NCROAS, etc.)

• Calm under pressure

• Extremely responsive and decisive

• Able to move without hand-holding

🔍 Bonus Points

• Apparel or DTC lifestyle experience

• Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Haus, or other incrementality tools

• Strong understanding of creative strategy (UGC angles, hooks, retention metrics)

• Experience collaborating directly with UGC creators and creative teams

• Experience scaling through new product launches and seasonal volatility

• Scaling spend without bloating CAC

• Clear attribution between creative, funnel, and performance

• Unlocking incremental growth on secondary channels

• Operating autonomously with full trust from leadership
