Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Onsite Indianapolis USA

What were looking for:
- Experience with SOLIDWORKS, or other 3D modelling and CAD software
- Proficiency in Visual Design principles and Product Design methodologies
- PLC's and Software knowledge; Understanding how PLCs integrate with HMI (Human Machine Interface)and SCADA
- Ability to conduct User Research and UX Research to inform design decisions
You will:
- Work closely with production and manufacturing, ensuring designs are practical, precise, and production-ready
- Interface across the business, collaborating with architects, designers, finance, operations, and leadership on special projects
- Go onsite to see products in real environments, grounding design decisions in real-world manufacturing and engineering realities
- Partner closely with the Business Manager to ensure optimal outcomes across cost, quality, and delivery
- Progress multiple initiatives in parallel, maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury brand
