As a Senior Marketing Associate within the Onboarding and Engagement team, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end creative development, execution, and management of onboarding and engagement campaigns across digital and direct mail channels. You’ll demonstrate strong project management skills and drive results by working collaboratively with many business partners while maintaining strong organization and focus. You’ll need to be self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and energized to thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing work environment while being required to adhere to established processes and specific timeline.
Job responsibilities
Manage execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns within multiple systems and processes ensuring initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to drive operational efficiencies, and speed to market across projects.
Track and manage content updates and annual recertification of in-market tactics and materials
Manage multiple initiatives to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Think critically and make recommendations to optimize campaigns to improve results, efficiencies and reduce costs
