Position Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Las Vegas, NV – Onsite

Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Role/Direct Hire

Salary Range: $90K - $110K/Annum plus Benefits

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvement and operational efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on reducing waste, optimizing production workflows, and implementing innovative engineering solutions to enhance overall performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through research, data analysis, and implementation of new technologies or automation.
  • Develop and refine production methods by analyzing product requirements, testing procedures, and validation techniques.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout.
  • Analyze production, labor, and material costs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing operational data and trends.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Support design and development activities, including prototyping and process improvements.
  • Utilize 2D/3D CAD tools for design, tooling, and fixture development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training, safety, and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing systems.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
