This is a solo accounting role. You will be the engine behind the desk, picking up the torch from a departing owner to ensure our financial health remains rock-solid. If you are someone who enjoys "unraveling the puzzle," improving processes, and managing the full spectrum of accounting without needing hand-holding, we want to talk to you.

  • Collections & Billings: Manage outgoing invoices and stay on top of collections to maintain healthy cash flow.

  • Operational Oversight: Review existing workflows and "figure out" the current state of the books to ensure nothing has fallen through the cracks.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Systems: Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks and Paychex is required.

  • The "X-Factor": A proven ability to walk into a new environment, audit the current state of affairs, and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

  • Reliability: This is a critical, in-office position. We need a steady hand who values a consistent M-F schedule.

How to Apply

If you are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and has the technical "chops" to manage a manufacturing accounting department solo, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience with QuickBooks and inventory management.
