Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses of all sizes. The U.S. Small Business and Middle Market (SME) segment represents the largest GCS customer base and continues to be a key driver of growth and strategic investment.
The Tele Sales Marketing & Enablement team, part of the Middle Market Prospect organization, is responsible for delivering best-in-class B2B marketing strategies that enable Sales colleagues to effectively acquire and convert high-value SME prospects.
The Sr. Manager, U.S. SME Acquisition Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive prospect acquisition and conversion through the Tele Sales channel. This includes ownership of offer strategy, warm lead sourcing and integration, value-story sales enablement content and performance optimization. The role also leads forecasting, reporting, and bottom-up planning for the channel, while driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance the end-to-end prospect experience—including Small Business application journeys and disclosure accuracy across Phone-Assist and Digital paths & go-to-market execution for new product launches and refreshes.
This individual will operate in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing Analytics, Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing marketing solutions. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders and lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
