DescriptionYour Role
Responsible for leading the execution and continuous improvement of RFID enabled inventory capabilities and omnichannel selling experiences across the retail fleet. This role owns a complex portfolio spanning RFID inventory accuracy, merchandise visibility, fulfillment enablement, and store operational efficiency, ensuring solutions scale reliably and deliver measurable business impact. Operates within enterprise strategy and established governance; escalates risks and tradeoffs to leadership.
Partners closely with Store Operations, Digital, IT, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and third party vendors to translate enterprise strategy into field ready execution. Influences roadmap priorities, drives adoption and performance, and serves as the subject matter expert for RFID and Omni store technology.
Your Impact
RFID & Omnichannel Execution
• Leads the execution of the RFID and Omnichannel store technology roadmap, aligning priorities to enterprise inventory, fulfillment, and store efficiency strategies.
• Owns reporting and ongoing monitoring of established success metrics and KPIs for RFID accuracy, inventory availability, and Omnichannel execution.
• Identifies process gaps, quantifies impact, and implements sustainable fixes (people/process/technology). Identify opportunities to expand RFID capabilities (e.g., merchandise and non merchandise use cases) that improve visibility, accuracy, and operational outcomes.
Execution & Delivery
• Lead large-scale, multi year RFID and Omni initiatives from concept through pilot, rollout, and stabilization.
• Drives standard work, SOP updates, and operating rhythm improvements based on learnings.
• Oversee testing, change management, training, and field readiness to ensure scalable and repeatable execution.
• Ensure solutions are operationally sound, supportable, and optimized for store teams.
Operational Excellence
• Drive sustained improvement in inventory accuracy, merchandise availability, and Omni fulfillment performance through technology, process, and training.
• Delivers performance reporting and insights for Field and Home Office leadership.
• Partner with support teams to resolve systemic issues and improve operational reliability.
Cross Functional & Vendor Partnership
• Serve as the functional Store Operations Technology partner for RFID and Omni with Digital, IT, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
• Manages day-to-day vendor performance, deliverables, and issue resolution; escalates risks as needed.
• Influences cross-functional partners to align on priorities, timelines, and adoption.
• People Leadership
• Leads and develops 1 direct report and/or contractors; leads through influence across field and corporate partners.
• Establish clear priorities, accountability, and development plans aligned to business goals.
• Build bench strength and succession capability across the RFID and Omni portfolio.

Minimum Salary: $128,500.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in retail store operations, technology, or omnichannel environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating strategy into execution.
• Possesses strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading RFID or inventory accuracy programs at scale
• Familiarity with omnichannel fulfillment models (BOPIS, Same-Day Delivery, Ship from Store)
• Experience managing vendor delivered technology solutions
• Experience leading and developing teams (direct report(s) and/or matrixed partners)
• Flexibility to travel an average of 2- 4 days a month.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Experience working with tools such as Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and MicroStrategy
