Summary

The Senior Manager Enterprise AI Hub leads a team responsible for enabling, governing, and scaling artificial intelligence capabilities across the organization to enhance business operations. This role facilities the execution of the enterprise’s AI strategy by partnering cross-functionally to establish and implement standards, governance frameworks, platforms, and delivery practices that empower business-led AI initiatives. Operating within a hub-and-spoke model, the Senior Manager manages risk and drives the strategic adoption of AI while ensuring responsible, secure and compliant deployment of AI solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the development and execution of the AI Hub’s strategy, operating model, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with SRP’s business objectives and responsible governance practices.
  • Help translate evolving business challenges and opportunities into practical AI solutions.
  • Work with executive management and senior leadership, in coordination with the Director of Corporate Strategy and Risk Management, to identify and prioritize transformative AI/automation opportunities.
  • Communicate AI strategy, priorities, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership and broader stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate governance processes for the review and approval of AI use cases, ensuring compliance with legal, cybersecurity, and responsible AI principles.
  • Manage and leverage the AI Team’s expertise and build strong cross functional partnerships to enhance the enterprise AI strategy and support high quality deliverables.
  • Oversee SRP’s AI portfolio, including budget, prioritization, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with dedicated and matrixed experts across business units to support the integration and enablement of AI solutions.
  • Implement enterprise wide training initiatives that strengthen internal capabilities and drive high-impact adoption of AI.
  • Drive market intelligence and benchmarking efforts to identify emerging ideas, trends and solutions.
Education A bachelor's degree relevant to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience required. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 12 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 12 years may be considered.

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
