Senior Ecommerce Manager - (1 Day Onsite, 4 WFH in Chatsworth)


Overview

A fast-growing, digitally native Women’s fashion brand is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of its Shopify storefront. The website is the primary revenue channel, and performance across conversion, average order value, and overall funnel efficiency is central to continued growth.


The Role

This is a hands-on, commercially driven position with full accountability for site performance. improvements across the entire customer journey, from landing page through checkout.

Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer experience, your focus will be on turning traffic into revenue.



Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Performance

  • Own site revenue, conversion rate (CVR), and average order value (AOV)
  • Identify drop-off points and optimise the full funnel (PDP → cart → checkout)
  • Prioritise and deliver high-impact improvements

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Plan and execute testing and optimisation initiatives
  • Improve UX and remove friction across key touchpoints
  • Ensure a strong mobile-first experience

Shopify Management

  • Oversee day-to-day performance of the Shopify storefront
  • Optimise navigation, structure, and site speed
  • Maintain technical performance and implement relevant tools

Merchandising & Trading

  • Manage on-site merchandising, collections, and product visibility
  • Drive AOV, sell-through, and margin through effective product strategy
  • Align launches and inventory with commercial outcomes

Campaign Execution

  • Deliver onsite execution for product launches and promotions
  • Ensure traffic is directed to high-converting landing experiences
  • Conduct QA and launch efficiently

Customer Journey

  • Improve clarity around sizing, delivery, and returns
  • Use customer insights to reduce friction and returns
  • Continuously refine the end-to-end shopping experience

Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor performance using analytics tools
  • Identify trends and opportunities
  • Translate data into actionable improvements


Experience

  • Expertise with Shopify
  • Experience across CRO, UX, merchandising, and analytics
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, and similar platforms
  • Experience managing third-party tools or partners is beneficial
