The Manager, AdTech & MarTech Strategy will play a critical role in advancing our US commercial digital ecosystem by driving integration across marketing and advertising technologies, enabling data-driven decision-making, and leading next-generation AI and agentic initiatives.
This individual will operate at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology—partnering with Omnichannel Business Units (OBUs), Specialty Business Units (SBUs), Media, and Data teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions that improve HCP and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. AdTech / MarTech Strategy & Channel Bundling
- Lead the design and execution of channel bundling strategies across paid, owned, and earned media to optimize campaign performance and measurement.
- Partner with media and brand teams to align AdTech and MarTech capabilities with business objectives.
- Drive integration across platforms (e.g., CDP, DSPs, CRM, clean rooms) to enable seamless audience activation and measurement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance personalization, targeting, and ROI through advanced data usage.
2. Cross-Functional Leadership (OBU & SBU Engagement)
- Own and lead weekly OBU and SBU stakeholder calls, ensuring alignment on priorities, roadmap, and execution.
- Act as the central point of coordination between marketing, analytics, data, and technology teams.
- Translate business needs into scalable technology and data solutions.
- Drive adoption of enterprise capabilities across brands and therapeutic areas.
3. US Marketing Navigator – Product Management Lead (AI & Agentic Workstreams)
- Serve as Product Management Lead for the US Marketing Navigator, focusing on AI-driven and agentic workflows.
- Define and prioritize product roadmap, including use cases leveraging GenAI, automation, and decisioning engines.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to operationalize AI capabilities into marketing workflows.
- Ensure solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
4. Data Governance & Compliance (HCP Focus)
- Lead the US HCP Data Governance Council (DGC) use case, ensuring proper governance of data across marketing and media activation.
- Define best practices for data usage, consent, identity resolution, and activation in partnership with legal, compliance, and data teams.
- Ensure adherence to privacy regulations and internal policies across all AdTech/MarTech initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between governance bodies and execution teams.
5. Identity & Data Partnerships (LiveRamp)
- Own relationship and integration strategy with LiveRamp, ensuring effective use of identity resolution and data onboarding capabilities.
- Enable privacy-safe data collaboration through clean rooms and partner ecosystems.
- Drive use cases that enhance audience targeting, measurement, and attribution.
- Evaluate and scale identity solutions to support omnichannel engagement.
Qualifications
Required
- 5–8+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, Digital Marketing, or Product Management
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stack (CDPs, DSPs, CRM, clean rooms, identity solutions)
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and translate them into execution
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Preferred
- Experience in pharma / healthcare marketing
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, or agentic workflows in marketing
- Experience with platforms such as LiveRamp, Salesforce, Tealium, or similar ecosystems
- Strong product management mindset with experience owning roadmaps
