Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Influencer + Social is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping how T3 shows up in culture, across creators, and across our owned channels. This role expands beyond influencer marketing into full oversight of social presence, content strategy, and editorial voice, ensuring T3 is not only seen but desired, shared, and shopped.
You will lead creator relationships, social storytelling, and performance-driven content, building a cohesive ecosystem where influencer, organic social, and paid media work together to drive both brand heat and revenue.
This role operates as a cultural architect and content operator, setting the tone for how T3 looks, feels, and speaks across every touchpoint, while ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-performing content that fuels growth across DTC, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and ShopMy.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Strategy & Ecosystem Leadership● Own and evolve T3’s full-funnel influencer strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
● Define creator tiering and roles across awareness → consideration → conversion
● Integrate creators seamlessly into campaigns, product launches, retail moments, and cultural activations
● Lead long-term partnerships, ambassadorships, and creator storytelling arcs
Social & Editorial Voice Ownership● Define and oversee T3’s social voice, tone, and point of view across all platforms
● Ensure consistency in how the brand shows up visually and verbally; premium, luxury, modern, and culturally fluent
● Partner closely with founder and creative director to shape the editorial direction of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels
● Guide content sequencing, storytelling cadence, and platform-native best practices
● Translate brand strategy into clear social narratives and content pillars
● Own the end-to-end content ecosystem across organic, paid, and creator content
● Partner with internal and external teams to concept, brief, and execute content shoots and creator deliverables
● Ensure all content ladders up to both:
○ Brand storytelling and desirability
○ Performance marketing needs (conversion + ROAS)
● Identify winning formats, hooks, and storytelling styles and scale them across channels
● Ensure a constant flow of high-quality, on-brand content across all platforms
Seeding Engine & Always-On Influence● Own and scale T3’s always-on seeding engine to consistently generate high-quality UGC
● Lead high-volume, in-kind gifting programs designed to drive content at scale
● Manage monthly seeding KPIs in partnership with the Influencer Marketing Coordinator
● Continuously optimize creator selection based on performance, not just aesthetics
● Track and report weekly on:
○ Content output
○ Engagement and EMV
○ Conversion signals
UGC Pipeline for Paid Media● Own the end-to-end UGC pipeline for paid media, ensuring a steady stream of high-performing creative
● Identify, brief, and manage creators producing conversion-driven content
● Negotiate usage rights and paid amplification terms
● Partner with Paid Media to:
○ Align on testing roadmap and creative needs
○ Review content and provide optimization feedback
○ Scale top-performing creators and formats
● Build a repeatable system for testing, learning, and iteration
Social Commerce & Channel Integration● Partner with DTC team to support and scale TikTok Shop strategy and creator activations
● Support Amazon Creator Community campaigns and content strategy
● Own ShopMy strategy and execution in partnership with the founder:
○ Drive revenue through Opportunity campaigns
○ Identify high-converting creators
○ Optimize cadence and ROI
● Ensure influencer + content strategy is fully integrated across:
○ DTC
○ TikTok Shop
○ Amazon
○ ShopMy
VIP & Tastemaker Relationship Management● Build and nurture high-touch relationships with top-tier creators, stylists, and tastemakers
● Act as a true clienteler, deeply engaged in their content and life moments
● Lead outreach, negotiation, and long-term relationship development
● Secure partnerships that elevate brand perception and cultural relevance
Cultural Relevance & Creative Ideation● Identify emerging creators, trends, and white space opportunities
● Drive ideas for creator-led activations, viral moments, and brand collaborations
● Partner cross-functionally to bring these ideas to life (social, PR, retail, events)
● Ensure T3 shows up in culture in ways that feel additive, not interruptive
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration● Manage and mentor junior team members
● Partner closely with:
○ Social/content creators (IG + TikTok)
○ Creative and paid media teams
○ DTC and Amazon teams
● Act as a central connector across brand, performance, and content
Qualifications● 6–8+ years of experience across influencer marketing, social media, and content strategy (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
● Proven track record of building creator ecosystems that drive both brand and revenue
● Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social commerce platforms
● Strong creative instincts with a performance mindset
● Experience managing UGC for paid media and scaling winning content
● Strong network of creators, tastemakers, and industry contacts
● Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environmenta fast-paced environment
