Job DescriptionTeam background: The North America Executive Office & Initiatives team advances the regional strategic agenda through operational excellence, innovation, and client-centric execution.
We are hiring a select number of roles to embed directly into North America business teams (beginning with sales and our Executive Office team) to serve as a hands-on applied AI solutioning leads and builders. The role will be the lead for the pod.
Job Description: The Senior Manager, Applied AI Solutions and Enablement is a hands-on builder and applied AI delivery lead responsible for identifying AI and automation-ready workflows, rapidly developing internal AI-powered tools and agents, and shepherding delivery of high-impact solutions through a small pod of applied AI analysts. Beyond managing the pod of analysts, a core responsibility of this role is driving internal transformation by rolling out AI tools, training teams, and embedding new GenAI‑first ways of working. Success in this role is defined by the quality, relevance, and adoption of the solutions delivered, as well as by the ability to guide technical builders and ensure teams effectively use the AI tools and workflows produced. This role combines deep technical fluency with strong coaching instincts, operating as the go-to resource for applied AI within embedded team in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and replace manual or inefficient workflows by designing and building internal AI-powered tools, agents, and automations that integrate with Visa’s systems and ways of working.
Own and guide applied AI pod in the upfront scoping and structuring of GenAI‑enabled tools and processes, working with embedded teams to define problem statements, success metrics, and solution approaches before guiding delivery through the applied AI pod.
Serve as the embedded applied AI expert for the assigned team, acting as the primary builder, advisor, and problem-solver for AI-enabled workflow transformation.
Enable and scale adoption of delivered AI solutions through targeted pairing, hands-on support, and clear “how-to” guides that allow teams to effectively use, adapt, and extend the tools and workflows produced.
Templatize and document AI solutions to ensure reuse, consistency, and scalability across use cases and team members.
Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement within analyst(s) assigned teams to ensure tools are adopted, trusted, and integrated into daily workflows.
Drive measurable adoption and capability lift, tracking success through usage, reuse of tools/templates, and the number of new internal builders enabled.
Provide hands‑on technical guidance and direction to a small pod of applied AI analysts, setting priorities, reviewing approaches, and shepherding work from concept through delivery to ensure high‑quality, reusable AI solutions.
Please include (1) a clear summary (no more than one paragraph) of why you are interested in doing this work at Visa, and (2) at least 2 examples of shipped GenAI/LLM solutions with tangible artifacts (code, demo, or written walkthrough). Resumes without these two items will NOT be considered, thank you.
