In this role, the Machinist will independently interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and other technical data to determine tooling needs, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods and sequences.
5-7+ years of CNC machining experience in heavy industrial manufacturing
Strong experience operating large lathe’s
Proven ability to machine large, tight-tolerance components
Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
Experience with alloy steels, carbon steels, stainless steels, and large forgings
