Senior Loan Processor

A well-established financial institution is seeking a Real Estate Loan Processor to join its residential lending team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the details, collaborating cross functionally, and helping borrowers move confidently from application to closing.

What You’ll Do

• Process residential real estate loans with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Review and organize loan documentation including income, credit, title, and appraisals
• Partner with loan officers, underwriters, and members to keep files moving forward
• Ensure loan files meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Track loans through the pipeline and provide timely updates

What You Bring

• 2+ years of residential loan processing experience
• Working knowledge of conventional, FHA, and VA loan programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication style with a service-oriented mindset
• Comfort using loan origination systems and Microsoft Office
