Job Description:
Our law firm client seeks a Senior/Partner-level Attorney with 8+ years of plaintiffs'-side experience managing or coordinating mass tort actions in multidistrict litigation, mass arbitration, or coordinated state proceedings.
Requirements:
- Must have mass tort experience and be comfortable owning legal strategy across the full mass tort lifecycle, including case work-up and development, discovery, and settlement
- Direct involvement in filing strategy, jurisdiction decisions, and case selection
- Experience running or materially contributing to large dockets (500–2,000+ cases)
- Experience on leadership structures (PSC, subcommittees, liaison roles) or directly under them, with real responsibility for moving workstreams
- Ability to work with full autonomy given the resources, structure, staffing, and strategic collaboration provided by the firm
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hungry for growth, and looking to make an immediate impact
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
- Some relationships with established mass tort players and referral sources a plus but not required

Base salary up to $400K plus bonuses, with medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums fully covered by the firm.
