The Leasing Consultant must possess the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with residents, staff, supervisors, vendors and contractors to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the apartment community.

Leasing Consultant areas of responsibility include:

Daily Operations -

• Establishing a strong sense of community
• Active daily participation in all property marketing strategy and marketing efforts
• Positioning of the property as the preeminent apartment community in the area
• Exercising creativity in exploring new marketing channels and consistency in maximizing existing marketing channels
• Observation of trends, area developments, and networking opportunities in creating and modifying marketing plans
