14592 - Senior Land Process & Contracts Specialist (Remote option) – Juno Beach, FL
Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: Remote option, with travel 50–60% on short notice.
Required:
Experience with title research, or related field (5+ years);
Experience with title document review, ownership verification, and legal description interpretation;
Experience with land contracts including easements, options, and agreement structures;
Experience with end-to-end land processes for infrastructure or transmission projects;
Experience with process documentation and workflow development, including converting verbal input into structured written processes and refining with stakeholders;
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with emphasis on documentation and presentations;
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook;
Experience with high volume data/info processing;
Experience with AI tools, for content creation and proofreading;
Clear verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, working cross functionally with multiple teams.
Preferred:
Experience with contracts paralegal work;
Experience as a land data/document specialist;
Experience with land management platforms;
Experience with GIS systems or county parcel data tools;
Experience with eminent domain processes and regulatory requirements;
Experience supporting long-linear infrastructure or transmission line projects;
Experience developing or delivering training programs or materials.
Responsibilities:
Convert verbal input from meetings into clear, structured process documentation and workflows, editing live and refining with stakeholders;
Design, document, and continuously improve land workflows, procedures, and training materials to standardize processes and reduce risk;
Collaborate with Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams to align project execution and ensure seamless workflow continuity;
Review land agreements (easements, options, etc.) and title documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all project phases;
Maintain accurate land data within tracking systems and databases, performing data validation, consistency checks, and multi-item tracking;
Manage and quality-check land agreement requests within Salesforce or similar systems and generate reports;
Deliver training and support to team members on standardized processes and tools.
