You are a trusted and experienced presence on the floor, leading by example and ensuring a consistently high standard across customer experience, operations, and store presentation.You will work closely with the Store Manager and take on responsibility in supporting the stores commercial performance and daily operations. This role is well suited to someone looking to further develop their leadership and operational skills, with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.This role is full-time (40 hours per week), based in our NYC store.Your ResponsibilitiesDelivering thoughtful, engaging, and memorable experiences to all visitors of the spaceContributing to commercial performance through a clear focus on service, conversion, and product engagementActing as a senior presence on the floor by supporting colleagues in real time, setting the pace, and maintaining a focused and consistent standard of serviceSupporting the onboarding and development of team members through leading by example, feedback, and product knowledge sharingMaintaining high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation with close attention to detailPartnering with the Store Manager and VM specialist to optimize commercial outcomes through product presentation and timely replenishment on the sales floorSupporting stock management and back-of-house organization to ensure the sales floor is consistently well supportedTaking ownership of key operational responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily store routines, and acting as the lead on the floor in the absence of the Store ManagerThe Qualities You Embody24 years of experience in retail, ideally within premium clothing or a similar environmentA natural ability to connect with customers in a genuine, thoughtful wayConfidence on the shop floor, with the ability to guide and support othersStrong commercial awareness and an understanding of how daily actions impact store performanceA strong sense of ownership and accountability in day-to-day responsibilitiesTaking initiative and being able to identify what needs to be done and act on itA proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and address them earlyAttention to detail and pride in maintaining high standardsAn appreciation for quality garments, craftsmanship, and considered designOur Offer to YouSustainability, social responsibility, and the well-being of our customers and colleagues are central to how we work.
