LabCorp is seeking aSenior Key Account Executiveto join our team in our Richmond, VA territory.

The territory for this position coversRichmond andsurrounding suburbs. The ideal candidate wouldresidewithin the territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Educate,instructand upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory.

  • Act as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs.

  • Provide ongoing service andtimelyresolution to customer base.

  • Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service.

  • Recommend solutions that are client focused.

  • Provide account management for client’sday-to-dayoperations.

  • Collaborate withthe entiresales team to growa business book.

  • Meet and exceed monthly retentionand upsell goals.

  • Assistwith onboarding new Key Account Executives, including mergers and acquisitions

  • Serve as a mentor to their existing peers and newly hired Key Account Executives

  • Lead Initiatives and Campaigns within their region

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Sales experience or account management of 3 plus years

Additional Job Standards:

  • Experience selling lab diagnosticsorwomen’s health to major health systems

  • Proven success managing a book of business

  • Possessthe ability to grow and work with a seasoned high performing team across a wide variety of high growth segments.

  • High degree of communication and business acumen skills

  • Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships

  • Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, competitive market

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to travel overnight as needed

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
