We’re Hiring: Java Developer
Location: Irving, TX
Job description:
- Mostly backend Design , build Maintain RESTful API
- Spring boot
- Good with implementing service layer.
- Core technical coding skills
- Can understand Angular code and can collaborate with UI developers JSON contract for their APIs.
- Unit testing and integrate test.
- Messaging is a plus
- CI/CD is a plus
- Basic OOPS concepts and design principles is all needed here.
- Ability to work with UI Developers Good with basics and can work as an induvial contributor in the project.
This is a development position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to building robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.
- Hands-on experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS), REST-APIs, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Experience with Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test driven development
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, Black Duck, SONAR etc.
- Demonstrated capacity to build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use
- Has the ability to operate with minimal level of direct supervision.
Experience and qualifications.
- Extensive experience working with most if not all the technologies listed below:
- Full-stack developer with 7+ years of experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles
- Java Core with extensive hands-on experience with concurrent programming.
- Spring Framework including Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, Hibernate.
- Databases -RDBMS preferably Oracle, NoSQL preferably MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.
- SDLC/Dev Ops - GitHub, CI/CD pipeline frameworks such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, any secure coding toolkits
- Ability to lead and coach junior developers
Good to have:
- Experience with React JS
- Experience in financial or banking sector, automated testing experience
- Experience with AI Dev tools such as Copilot
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
