We’re partnering exclusively with a leading global asset management firm to hire a Senior Associate for their Private Equity Solutions team. This role offers strong exposure across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries within a highly collaborative investment environment.
Location: West Conshohocken, PA (primarily in-office, 1 day remote flexibility)
Compensation: Up to $175K base + up to $95K bonus
Travel: ~40% Domestic
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct investment analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring across private equity opportunities
- Review investment materials and meet with fund managers and company leadership teams
- Build and oversee financial models (LBO, valuation, return projections, sensitivity analysis)
- Research industries, companies, and macroeconomic trends to support investment decisions
- Collaborate on 4–5 person deal teams with senior investment professionals
- Support execution across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries transactions
- Lead and mentor junior team members on analytical workstreams
- Contribute to strategic initiatives across sourcing, business development, and internal processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Fund-of-Funds platforms
- Experience in co-investments and/or fund investing (primaries)
- Background working on private markets transactions and investment processes
- Strong professional presence with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (LBO, comps, fund analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of intellectual curiosity and interest in private markets
