Senior International Tax Analyst (Hybrid)
Location: Radnor area (Hybrid – Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite)
A global, publicly traded organization is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to support its international tax function. This role offers exposure to complex cross-border tax matters, compliance, and strategic initiatives, along with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Prepare and review international tax calculations, including global income inclusions, foreign tax credits, and withholding tax considerations
- Support U.S. international tax compliance, including preparation and review of key tax forms and reporting schedules
- Coordinate with global finance teams and external advisors on foreign tax filings and compliance requirements
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax provision work under ASC 740
- Contribute to cross-border planning initiatives, including modeling and documentation for restructuring projects
- Monitor changes in tax laws and evaluate potential impacts to the organization
- Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party advisors to manage deliverables and deadlines
- Support tax audits and respond to information requests from tax authorities
- Drive improvements in tax processes, including automation and standardization efforts
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members or interns
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, MST/CPA a plus
- 4+ years of international tax experience (public accounting or multinational company preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts
- Experience with tax provision and compliance tools (e.g., OneSource, HFM, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data/automation tools (Power Query, Alteryx, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Additional Details:
Employment type: Direct Hire
Salary: to $130k + bonus
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
