Sr. Analyst, Learning Design

📍 Hybrid – Chicago

A global Learning & Capability Building team is seeking a highly creative and visually driven Sr. Analyst (Learning Design) to support a large-scale Brand Immersion training program focused on helping teams understand and apply brand standards in real-world business and development contexts.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who loves transforming complex information into engaging, polished, easy-to-understand learning experiences.

You’ll work closely with program leads and subject matter experts to create visually compelling learning assets that support sales enablement, training, and brand education initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce engaging learning materials including:
• eLearning modules
• training decks
• videos
• job aids
• visual learning assets
• Translate complex concepts into clear, structured, visually effective content
• Apply brand standards consistently across all materials
• Improve usability, readability, and learner experience
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Maintain templates and visual consistency across programs
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Use AI and modern creative tools to accelerate content development

Tools & Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Articulate Rise
• Synthesia
• Colossyan
• Video editing or multimedia creation tools

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in:
• graphic design
• learning design
• content design
• multimedia learning
• Strong visual storytelling and information design skills
• Ability to simplify and organize complex information
• Strong attention to detail with fast execution
• Comfort receiving feedback and iterating quickly
• Experience working within brand guidelines preferred
• Corporate, B2B, enablement, or training experience is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Education, or related field preferred. Non-traditional backgrounds and self-taught designers with strong portfolios are equally encouraged to apply.
