The Role

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to own and grow relationships with our retail and wholesale partners across the country and . This is a high-impact, relationship-first role in the golf industry at the center of our wholesale business. You'll work directly with our sales leadership to manage active accounts, open new doors, and make sure every retailer in your book has what they need to sell Sunday Golf well. What You'll Own

1. Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of active retail accounts with consistent, high-quality outreach
  • Execute a monthly touchpoint cadence to keep accounts engaged, informed, and stocked
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in our CRM
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for your retail partners


2. New Business Development

  • Identify and prospect new retail opportunities across off-course, corporate & specialty, and key account channels
  • Develop custom products for corporate brands
  • Research and prioritize target accounts in collaboration with sales leadership
  • Convert outreach into first orders and long-term partnerships


3. Retailer Support & Execution

  • Ensure retail partners have current product information, marketing assets, and promotional support
  • Coordinate with marketing and ops to deliver a seamless retailer experience
  • Troubleshoot account issues and follow through until resolved


4. Pipeline & Reporting

  • Keep CRM data clean, current, and actionable
  • Track account performance, open opportunities, and follow-up cadences
  • Provide regular pipeline updates to sales leadership


5. Brand Representation

  • Show up for every retailer interaction as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic Sunday Golf ambassador
  • Know the product line inside and out — and help retailers get excited about it


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of inside sales or account management experience in a retail or wholesale environment
  • A natural communicator — confident on the phone, over email, and on a Zoom call
  • CRM experience (Hubspot) and a habit of keeping things up to date
  • Organized, self-directed, and consistent — you manage your book without being chased
  • Genuine love of sales & golf
  • Competitive drive paired with a team-first mentality


Bonus: background in sporting goods, outdoor, or lifestyle brands; familiarity with off-course golf retail

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Base + Bonus, $85k-$120K DOE.
