About the Role:

  • Own and implement compensation, compliance, and employee relations strategies
  • Lead HR initiatives including IDPs, professional development, and leadership coaching
  • Ensure plant compliance with federal and state employment regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA, EEO)
  • Partner with leadership on organizational strategy, culture, and workforce development


Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years HR experience, including 7–10 years management
  • Proven strategic and operational HR leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience managing HR teams, compensation, and compliance programs
  • Comfortable leading and influencing at the site leadership level
  • Relocation-ready (or already local)
