About the Role:
- Own and implement compensation, compliance, and employee relations strategies
- Lead HR initiatives including IDPs, professional development, and leadership coaching
- Ensure plant compliance with federal and state employment regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA, EEO)
- Partner with leadership on organizational strategy, culture, and workforce development
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years HR experience, including 7–10 years management
- Proven strategic and operational HR leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience managing HR teams, compensation, and compliance programs
- Comfortable leading and influencing at the site leadership level
- Relocation-ready (or already local)
