The role

We are looking for a Senior HRIS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong SAP (SuccessFactors) experience to evaluate and enhance key Human Resources processes and technological capabilities, with a primary emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central.


You will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to develop recommendations and implementation-ready documentation supporting future enhancements.


Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Define and design integration strategies between Recruiting and Employee Central to ensure seamless data flow and alignment with business requirements.
  • Conduct techno-functional analysis, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications and comprehensive documentation.
  • Evaluate and enhance Manager Self-Service capabilities to improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, TA, IT, Payroll) to align on solutions, present recommendations, and support roadmap and implementation planning.


Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working with HRIS or HR technology solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience supporting implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives within Recruiting and/or Employee Central modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform business process analysis and gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Experience developing functional specifications, process documentation, and providing solution recommendations.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Houston, Texas.
