The Role: Strategic Consultant & Advisor
We are looking for a dynamicHR Business Partner (HRBP)to align people strategy with business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to divisional and site leaders, leading organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate is someone who can "wear the manager hat" understanding the operational pressures leaders face while maintaining the integrity and high-impact presence of an HR expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory:Serve as the primary HR point of contact for divisional leadership, providing consultative coaching on complex people matters.
- Workforce Excellence:Lead strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to support long-term growth.
- Team Effectiveness:Partner with leaders on engagement, retention, and team dynamics to foster a high-performance culture.
- Performance & Development:Guide performance management cycles and lead meaningful employee development conversations.
- Change Management:Facilitate smooth transitions during reorganizations or periods of rapid scaling.
- Data-Driven Influence:Leverage analytics and business insights to drive improvements in people-related business outcomes.
- Global/Local Partnership:Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and local HR teams to ensure consistent, world-class HR service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:5–7 years of progressive HR experience.
- Sector Knowledge:Experience supportingmanufacturing, engineering, or multi-site operationsis highly preferred.
- Regulatory Comfort:Able to navigate complex employee relations in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
