Key Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses in complex healthcare litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic case recommendations.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Manage case deadlines, filings, and overall litigation progression independently.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and internal legal teams.
