What you’ll be doing

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for US GTM & Technical Non-Engineering RolesPartner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and outbound recruiting strategies
  • Drive high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Manage offer negotiations and help close top talent in a competitive market
  • Bring talent market insights, compensation intelligence, and competitive hiring data to stakeholders
  • Ensure hiring velocity, funnel health, and strong process rigor across all searches


What you bring to the role

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience with significant exposure to US GTM hiring
  • Strong track record hiring for SaaS / AI / enterprise technology companies
  • Deep expertise hiring Sales, CS, SE, and broader GTM talent
  • Strong sourcing capability with LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, talent intelligence platforms, and modern AI sourcing tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently with urgency, ownership, and high accountability
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
