Senior Graphic Designer
Position Overview
Our agency client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support content strategy, creative production, and design across multiple brands. This role sits within an internal creative and web team and works closely with copywriters, designers, and web developers to deliver high-quality marketing assets at scale. The ideal candidate has agency experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling frequent revisions, multiple stakeholders, and tight turnarounds.
This is a 40 hour per week freelance role that is estimated for the next 3 to 6 months with the possibility of extending or turning into full-time. They are looking for someone who can be hybrid in the Minneapolis area but may be open to remote candidates. (Remote candidates will not be eligible to transition to full time)
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Marketing Execution
- Support content strategy and execution across up to six brands.
- Develop and manage marketing materials including:
o Brochures
o Social media kits
o Partner-facing marketing collateral
o Brand and campaign assets - Contribute to blog and social media content across brand channels.
- Support both:
o Reseller/partner marketing programs (assets housed in a partner portal)
o Direct-to-market initiatives as the channel strategy expands
- Creative Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with:
o Copywriters
o Designers
o Web development team - Maintain brand consistency while adapting assets for different audiences and brands.
- Manage feedback, edits, and revisions from internal stakeholders efficiently.
- Multi-Brand & Fast-Paced Delivery
- Balance priorities across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Adapt quickly to evolving brand needs, acquisitions, and new launches.
- Deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a creative agency environment or similar fast-paced setting.
- Strong background in content creation, marketing, or creative operations.
- Experience supporting multiple brands simultaneously.
- Comfortable with rapid feedback cycles and iterative revisions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing assets (social, web, content marketing).
- Tools & Working Environment
- Collaboration and interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams.
- Time tracking and approvals managed through Workday.
- Contract role with weekly hours approval and invoicing handled through internal systems.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SaaS, education, or B2B brands.
- Experience working with reseller or partner marketing models.
- Exposure to direct-to-market or go-to-market transitions.
- Ability to collaborate closely with both creative and technical teams.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
