Selig Enterprises, a prominent and well-established commercial real estate company headquartered in Midtown Atlanta, seeks to hire a Senior Graphic Designer. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and developing marketing content that is creatively compelling, accurate, engaging and maintains established brand standards with the goal of adding value for Selig assets.
The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing team members on the strategy, design, and production of collateral that supports various marketing needs. Internally, the Senior Graphic Designer interfaces with the Vice President of Marketing, Associate Vice President of Marketing and Placemaking, Marketing Managers, other Graphic Designer(s), Property Managers, Leasing Team, and Company Officers as needed. Outside of the company, the Senior Graphic Designer will coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed.
The ideal candidate must feel comfortable taking initiative and ownership of projects from concept to delivery/installation and have a willingness to jump into a collaborative project as needed. Important attributes: detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, problem solver, proactive, flexible, creative, and works well under tight schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creative and Brand Management – Along with the Marketing Department, the Senior Graphic Designer guides the execution and management of the brand and brand standards. This work requires a high level of creativity, design awareness, professionalism, polish, and discipline. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating top-notch design that supports all marketing initiatives inclusive of print, digital, motion/video, and environmental. Designs include photography, logos, typography, color, and graphic elements. The Senior Graphic Designer will implement design and layout of marketing initiatives to include:
o Print and digital collateral
o Leasing presentations – update and maintain all custom leasing presentations
o Custom environmental graphics / signage (both large and small scale)
o Custom leasing collateral (ie maps, labeled aerials, packets, one-pagers, invitations, etc)
o Design graphics for corporate collateral (ie brochures, advertisements, trade shows, website, etc)
o Email marketing (corporate and leasing)
o Alternative applications (apparel, swag items, packaging, window graphics, etc)
• Candidates should be comfortable working with printers, vendors, installers, etc to include scheduling, ordering, understanding expenses, etc.
While these are the core functions of the Senior Graphic Designer, the position often involves special projects and “one-offs.” This position offers an opportunity to work with one of Atlanta’s largest and longest-standing commercial real estate owners, investors, and developers. It offers the opportunity to make a visible and measurable impact on a weekly basis through a tremendous variety of projects and applications. This role and team are fast-paced, and responsiveness is critical requiring someone with creativity, technical excellence, accuracy, and resourcefulness.

Required Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience in Commercial Real Estate or related industry. A portfolio that demonstrates creativity and applicable designs and experience. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field required. Applicants with a degree in a non-related field should have substantial relevant experience in the skills listed above.
