I am working on a targeted hire for a firm investing in its NAV and hybrid lending capability. The platform already has established bank panel relationships, an active sponsor client base, and internal referral channels from structured finance, private credit, and fund formation.
They are adding a senior hire to lead this work. A portable book is not required.
Because the firm already has institutional lender relationships and deal flow in this space, you are stepping into existing demand with a mandate to build, not starting from zero.
The Work:
NAV facilities across private equity and credit funds. Hybrid and capital call structures. GP and management company lines. Cross-border financings. Direct client and lender contact from day one.
This is a standalone role with platform support. You run the transactions and build the relationships. The broader finance team provides work while you grow your own pipeline.
Who This Is For:
Senior associates or counsel with 8+ years in fund finance. Hands-on NAV facilities experience. Ability to run deals independently and deal directly with clients.
