Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – AI

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help evolve an enterprise Experience Management Platform by embedding AI-driven capabilities across web and mobile experiences. The role involves building scalable full-stack services, APIs, and UI components that enable intelligent content creation, validation, experimentation, and automation.
Must Haves- 4–6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript / Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience building scalable backend services (Node.js; Java is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB / DocumentDB or similar NoSQL databases
- Experience building modern frontend applications (React preferred)
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience with both object-oriented and functional programming patterns
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Experience integrating LLMs into production systems
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation strategies, and model limitations
- Experience building or supporting human-in-the-loop AI workflows
- Understanding of how to validate, trace, and safely iterate on AI outputs
