Position Overview
This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance. The position involves hands-on Full Motion Video (FMV) and imagery analysis experience; however, candidates are not required to have worked exclusively as full-time FMV Imagery Analysts.
We are seeking intelligence professionals with some FMV and imagery experience, along with backgrounds in one or more of the following disciplines:
- IMINT (Imagery Intelligence)
- All-Source Intelligence
- MASINT (Measurement and Signature Intelligence)
- SIGINT (Signals Intelligence)
- HUMINT (Human Intelligence)
- Sensor Operations or related intelligence roles
The ideal candidate will possess operational and tactical intelligence experience, including exposure to targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced imagery and FMV analysis in support of Special Operations missions, including regional and point analysis
- Produce high-quality intelligence products supporting the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology
- Evaluate and contribute to intelligence systems architecture, processes, and analytical methodologies
- Develop solutions to complex intelligence requirements using advanced analytical techniques
- Lead or support teams in the production of intelligence assessments and deliverables
- Deliver briefings and guide subordinate analysts in completing intelligence products
- Utilize intelligence-related software and automation tools to support analysis and reporting
- Participate in and complete Government-provided training for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC) duties
- Serve as an ITC (ISR Tactical Controller) when required
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance (TS/SCI)
- Minimum 5–6 years of intelligence experience in one or more of the following:
- IMINT, All-Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operations, or related fields
- At least 3 years of recent hands-on FMV analysis and production experience within the last 5–6 years
- Military personnel with 1+ year of FMV experience within JSOC meet minimum requirements
- Experience in:
- Targeting operations
- Intelligence systems
- Geospatial systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work on complex intelligence problems
- Proficiency in computer applications and intelligence analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including leading select tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Typing speed of minimum 35 words per minute
Work Environment & Schedule
- Location: On-site – Fort Bragg, NC (Fayetteville)
- Schedule:12-hour shifts
- Modified Panama schedule
- Includes days, nights, and weekends
- Travel: Annual OCONUS deployment (approx. 90 days) after the first year
