The Role
As a Senior Accountant in the Financial Reporting group, you will help prepare accurate, GAAP-compliant financials and support complex areas such as lease and acquisition accounting. You will work closely with teams across finance, tax, legal, and operations while gaining exposure to technical accounting and SEC-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with drafting and reviewing consolidated financial statements and disclosures
• Maintain lease and acquisition-related accounting schedules and reconciliations
• Research new accounting guidance and help implement new standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting for new transactions
• Support internal controls and process improvement initiatives
• Mentor staff accountants and interns
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing
• Three or more years of accounting experience, ideally with public accounting background
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting concepts
• Team-oriented, eager to learn, and strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
Compensation: 95,000 to 105,000 base plus 20 percent bonus
Location: Irving (Hybrid, two days onsite per week)
