Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst
Location: Bingham Farms, MI 48025
Duration: 13 Weeks (Strong possibility of extension)
Shift: 8a - 4:30p Mon-Fri
Pay Range: $35 to $40/Hour.
Duties:
- Prepare, validate, and analyze financial information, including journal entries and maintenance of fixed asset records.
- Reconcile fixed asset and other general ledger account balances on a monthly basis.
- Prepare fixed asset account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Review fixed asset projects and purchase requests to ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with capital policies.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure timely asset retirements and provide support for internal and external audits.
- Assist in financial statement footnotes and perform additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Education:
- Master’s Degree preferred.
