A multi-site, precision manufacturing organization supporting high-spec industries. With advanced capabilities across machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing, we’re growing—and looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to help drive performance and strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
- Analyze results, trends, and variances to deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Build and monitor KPIs that improve visibility into business and operational performance
- Perform customer pricing, margin, and price/volume analysis
- Partner with commercial and customer-facing teams to deliver analytics such as backlog, shipped margin, on-time delivery, and customer scorecards
- Support month-end close, accruals, and budget-to-actual analysis
- Contribute to finance projects, operational improvements, and ROI evaluations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, forecasting, analysis)
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- ERP experience
