The SFAis responsible fordirect ownership of financial modeling, financial reporting, executivepresentationsand ad hoc analysis to support DaVitaIT’s segmentsandfunctions. The role will consist ofaccountabilitiesin financial and operational management,strategyand executive level presentations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial and Operational Management:
•Prepare annual operating plan (budget) and monthly reforecast forITG&Aand Capitalexpenses
•Continuously improve financial model structure and capabilities to support operating plan and forecasting process
•Develop multi-year forecast for DaVitaITfunctionsthrough understanding business drivers,modelingand cross-functionalpartnershipwith business leaders.
•Monitorprogress and present operational metrics both internally and externally.
•Support the month-end close process: executive financial package, variance research/explanation, actualizing models, and various reporting dashboards
Strategy:
•Partner with the segment business leaders on operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations to VP and Director based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis
•Engage cross functional leaders to alignfinancial managementwith short- and long-term financial planning and projections.
•Develop a strong understanding ofHealthcareeconomics toprovidecritical insights to support and/or drive business decisions.
Executive Level Presentations:
•Assistin the preparation of executive presentations, including Monthly Financial Reviews, and other presentations for key stakeholdersinDaVitaIT team
•Prepare insightful presentations for senior management to concisely summarize performance targets and progress toward initiatives by individual business units
Other duties as assigned.
