Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior finance leadership to support company‑wide financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision‑making
- Own and enhance the corporate financial model to support long‑term planning and strategic initiatives
- Prepare recurring financial analyses tied to consolidated performance, including monthly and quarterly reporting
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis related to capital allocation and business performance
- Develop high‑quality materials for executive leadership, Board presentations, and external stakeholders
- Support capital markets and investor‑related initiatives through financial analysis and presentation development
- Perform ad‑hoc financial and strategic analyses as business needs arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Background in investment banking, corporate finance, or external audit required
- Exposure to real estate strongly preferred
