BCT Development is a rapidly growing ground-up multifamily development company headquartered in Newport Beach, CA. We are looking for a Senior Finance & Portfolio Analyst to join our team and oversee portfolio, market, and operating company analytics to help scale the overall organization.

Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining integral financial models to support portfolio management and analytics
- Lead monitoring of business KPIs, assessment of market conditions, and process improvements to make recommendations to senior management on refinancing / disposition opportunities along with asset management strategies in cooperation with Operations
- Ownership and presentation of materials to senior management on performance of both the portfolio and the operating company
- Collaborate with and support capital relationships with equity partners and lenders
- Lead and coordinate with Accounting and Construction on lender reporting requirements and loan covenant tracking
Qualifications:
- 7+ years professional experience working with a real estate developer or an investment firm, private equity firm, or similar organization, focusing on real estate
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university
- Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and spearhead project sin an entrepreneurial environment
- Significant financial modeling experience and quantitative aptitude, strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with business partners spread across multiple geographies, included but not limited to Los Angeles, Orange County, New York, and Boston
- Clear communicator with the ability to convey complex topics to varied audiences
- Strong judgment and analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated and proactive
